Eight characters, one house spirit
The Infinite collection was born from the wish to give armagnac a young image. Its labels were created by painter and sculptor Rémi Trotereau: eight armagnacs, symbolised by eight characters from the Gascon bestiary, each expressing an emotion drawn from the virtues and the deadly sins. The animal and the cuvée’s name hint at the armagnac’s tasting qualities — Strength says exactly what it means, and so do Love or Indulgence.
These cuvées come from limited lots: once a cuvée sells out, the label and the name stay the same, but its content changes — always in search of the same tasting qualities. Only Indulgence and Happiness remain fixed blends, aged 25 and 15 years respectively.
Limited cuvées
The label stays, the contents evolve
The collection’s armagnacs come from limited cuvées. Once a cuvée sells out, the label and the name stay the same — its contents change, always in search of the same tasting qualities. Happiness and Indulgence are the exception: two fixed blends, aged 15 and 25 years.
Every detail on the back label
Production commune, grape varieties, distillation, ageing, number of bottles in the cuvée: every back label states it all.
-
Petit Bleu de Gascogne
Happiness
accessible to allA 15-year-old, accessible to all.
-
Pyrenean brown bear
Indulgence
sweet & powerfulA 25-year-old, indulgent, at once sweet and powerful like a bear.
-
Bearded vulture
Anger
dry & straightDry and straight, it cuts across the palate the way the bearded vulture — the largest bird of prey in the Pyrenees — cuts through the air. Ideal for fans of unpeated single malt whisky or uncut cognac.
-
Mérens horse
Strength
powerful & oakyPowerful as a horse, it leans toward bitterness and shows a heavy oak influence. It is much loved by American drinkers of bourbons or heavily-oaked whiskeys.
-
Gascon rooster
Pride
bold & exuberantAn impetuous, bold armagnac, slightly exuberant. Ideal for fans of young eaux-de-vie, it can happily be enjoyed on ice as an aperitif.
-
Gascon cow
Love
round & sensuousAll roundness and sensuousness, it is a most classic old armagnac.
-
Brown trout
Serenity
fine & subtleAn organic Blanche d’Armagnac AOC, usually from folle blanche and sometimes colombard, straight off the column at distillation proof — between 53 and 54% — yet without any harshness. The wine’s finesse and the delicate distillation deliver the full expression and subtlety of the terroir.
-
Pyrenean desman
Harmony
rare & elegantSymbolised by the Pyrenean desman, an extremely rare animal, almost impossible to spot, this is an armagnac of great rarity, finesse and elegance — a 1942.
78 vintages, from 1904 to today
We don’t blend, we don’t cut: every vintage comes from a different estate and terroir. All cask strength and unblended, they clearly state their origin — type the estate name or the place name into an interactive map and see exactly where they come from. No brand invention: only traceability, only honesty.

The selector’s commitment
I love them all like my own children
We never blend them, we never cut them. Every vintage comes from different estates and terroirs — I selected every single one of them myself, and each has its own personality.
“I love them all the way you love your children, because I selected them — but they each have their own personality.”
This range is completed by three historic blends — 15, 25 and 50 years old — offered in the classic 70cl bottle and in the historic 2.5-litre Gascon jug.
Wines, Rum & Other Products
It all started with a career as a sommelier: a Rabelaisian passion for wines you actually drink — taut, subtle, aromatically complex.

The organic wines
Étoile Filante · Vaïhana · DulcinéeColombard · No added sulphites · Bottled at the estate
Three colombard wines, taut and complex just the way we like them. Vaïhana, a dry white that still shows great richness more than ten years after vinification, and Dulcinée, a botrytised wine, come from the stock Claudine and Floréal Roméro passed on to us when they left Domaine du Bouscas in Gondrin — years of winemaking that weren't always easy, yet produced wines of real class. Étoile Filante is our first vintage, made from 2020 with the knowledge they passed down, fermented entirely in 420-litre French oak casks: it comes from a Colombard parcel over forty years old at La Héouguère, bought under contract for armagnac, though some years the juice is too concentrated to distil.
Wine-based aperitif
Sacha
Overripe, fortified18% · 20g residual sugar · Organic
When this Colombard parcel takes on botrytis, it's the chance for an overripe harvest: a wine with residual sugar, fortified with armagnac from the same parcel and the same estate. Aged in armagnac cask in our cellar.
Sacha, a name of Slavic origin, was chosen to echo the Art Nouveau label and the Belarusian tradition it evokes: young women of marrying age weave themselves a crown of fern flowers. La Héouguère means fern in Gascon — the connection was obvious.
Montero · Salobreña, Andalusia
Ron Montero
Spanish traditionPalido 3 years · Viejo 5 years · 10-year-old coming
In Salobreña, on the tropical coast of Granada province, a micro-climate has long allowed sugar cane to be grown. It was Christopher Columbus who carried it from Andalusia to the Antilles.
The Montero family distils and ages an authentic ron in new 600-litre jerezana botas of American oak, using the solera method. We import a rum over three years old and age it again ourselves in our cellar, in used armagnac casks. A stronger 10-year-old is in the works.
